At IndoEuroSassi, we deal in premium natural stones and marble products. Due to the nature of marble, our return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and industry-standard.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Marble products are eligible for return or replacement only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged during transit

  • The product delivered is different from the confirmed order

  • There is a manufacturing or processing defect (size/thickness mismatch beyond acceptable tolerance)

Natural variations in color, veins, texture, or pattern are not considered defects, as marble is a natural stone.


2. Return Timeframe

  • Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • Requests raised after this period may not be accepted


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Installed, cut, altered, or used marble products

  • Custom-cut slabs, tiles, or made-to-order items

  • Products purchased on clearance or special sale

  • Natural variations in shade, grains, or veining


4. Inspection at Delivery

Customers are advised to:

  • Inspect the marble at the time of delivery

  • Note visible damages on the delivery receipt

  • Take clear photos/videos before unloading

Failure to inspect at delivery may void return eligibility.


5. Return Approval Process

To request a return or replacement:

  1. Contact IndoEuroSassi support with order details

  2. Share images/videos of the issue

  3. Our team will verify the claim

  4. Approval or rejection will be communicated within a reasonable timeframe

IndoEuroSassi reserves the right to inspect the material before approving any return.


6. Refunds

  • Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed after inspection

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method

  • Shipping, handling, and installation charges are non-refundable


7. Replacement Policy

  • Replacement will be provided subject to stock availability

  • If the exact product is unavailable, an alternative or refund may be offered


8. Shipping Responsibility

  • For approved returns due to IndoEuroSassi’s error, return logistics will be coordinated accordingly

  • In other cases, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer


9. Policy Updates

IndoEuroSassi reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
